Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the kxy8 platform and the user. By accessing the kxy8 website, mobile version, or any associated services, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

It is your responsibility to read these Terms in full before accessing the platform. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms have been drawn up in English and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. In the event of any interpretation or dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

Definitions & Terminology

The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms are described below:

• "Platform" refers to the kxy8 website, associated services, and all content.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a user's registered profile through which platform services are accessed.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits, cashback, or promotional benefits provided by kxy8.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before a bonus becomes withdrawable.
• "Payment Method" refers to the transaction channels approved on the kxy8 platform, namely: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on kxy8 and use the platform's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Your identity and registration details must be completely truthful and accurate.
• Each user may operate only one account.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the country or region from which you are using the platform.

3.2 Registration Process

Information provided at the time of registration must be verifiable and accurate. kxy8 reserves the right to verify identity at any time. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per IP address. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the cancellation of both accounts.

Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your kxy8 account login credentials (username and password) confidential. The user bears responsibility for all activities carried out through the account.

• Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the kxy8 support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling the account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Log out after using the account, especially on shared devices.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Approved Payment Methods

Transactions on the kxy8 platform are currently available through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.2 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the platform. Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources, and involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Account identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same method used to deposit funds into the account. Wagering requirements must be met for winnings derived from bonuses.

kxy8 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawal requests for the purpose of investigating suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users on kxy8 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance ৳47,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, applicable only on the bonus amount — not on the deposited funds. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 total bets must be placed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

6.3 VIP Cashback Program

kxy8's VIP program has three tiers awarded based on the player's activity:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Advancing to a higher tier depends on consistent and active participation. Wagering conditions may also apply before cashback can be withdrawn.

6.4 General Bonus Terms

• Misuse of the bonus system or attempting to exploit it may result in account cancellation.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is subject to bonus forfeiture.
• If there is any ambiguity in the terms of a bonus offer, kxy8's decision shall be final.

Gaming Rules

Various types of games are available on the kxy8 platform, including cricket betting, football betting, slot games, live casino, fishing games, and more. Specific rules apply to each game category.

• All games are operated fairly. kxy8 reserves the right to void game results due to any technical error.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed unless specifically approved by kxy8.
• In sports betting, the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet apply at the moment of confirmation.
• If an internet connection is lost due to a technical issue, the outcome of any ongoing game will be determined according to server records.

kxy8 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify any game as needed. Prior notice is not required for adding new games or removing existing ones.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxy8 platform and may result in permanent account cancellation:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false information or avoiding the account verification process.
• Placing bets artificially or in a coordinated manner with the intention of exploiting the bonus system (bonus arbitrage).
• Playing games using automation software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or engaging in offensive behaviour.
• Misrepresenting yourself as a kxy8 representative or impersonating someone else.

Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension or Termination by kxy8

kxy8 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Third-party complaints or instructions from law enforcement authorities.
• Extended period of account inactivity.

9.2 Closed by User

Any user may close their account at their own discretion. To do so, a request must be submitted by emailing [email protected]. It is possible to withdraw any existing balance before the account is closed; however, any bonuses whose wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

kxy8 is not responsible for the following:

• Gaming losses caused by technical issues, server downtime, or loss of internet connection.
• Breach of account security due to the user's own negligence.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
• Service interruptions caused by natural disasters, epidemics, or other unforeseeable circumstances.
• Financial losses arising from the user's gaming decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kxy8's maximum liability for actual and direct damages is limited to the total amount deposited by the user within 30 days of the relevant incident.
